Crystal healing harnesses the power of nature’s gems. This ancient form of medicine believes that the human body is made up of energy, also known as chi or life force.
When this energy becomes stagnant due to stress, poor lifestyle, negative thinking, trauma or illness, it creates “blockages” in the body that can manifest into physical, mental and emotional symptoms.

What can I expect?
You will lie down on a comfortable massage bed in a relaxing space. I place the crystals on the body after placing a sheet or blanket over you. Clothes remain on. Crystals can be placed at the chakras or on other areas of the body depending on healing and layout used. I will use a crystal wand, a pendulum or my hands. Those aid in receiving energy from my angelic and healing guides
About Crystal Healing
Placing specific crystals in strategic places on the body help to remove these blockages and support the body’s natural ability to heal. They also promote and amplify the flow of good energy while absorbing or transforming negative energy.
Crystal healing involves rebalancing the energy centres in the body known as chakras. There are 7 main chakras in the body, and they are believed to influence our overall wellbeing when they are open and balanced. The name “chakra” is the Sanskrit word for ‘wheel’ and you can imagine them like wheels of free-flowing positive energy.
